How the estimate works.
What counts as an active subscriber?
Records with an active service on the platform during the billing month. Suspended and terminated accounts keep their history without counting toward the total.
Does the deployment choice change the rate?
Yes. Cloud and on-premise are priced separately at every tier, and the tier your volume falls into sets one rate that applies across your whole base rather than being layered band by band.
What about tax?
Estimates are shown in USD before tax. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice.
What if we are larger than the calculator goes?
Past 10,000 the deployment is sized with you directly, including infrastructure and the support model, rather than quoted from a table.
